Privacy Policy
Last Updated: July 2026
Unfiltered Pixels ("The Platform", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, particularly regarding our third-party advertising partners.
1. Data We Collect
Because we prioritize a frictionless experience, we collect the absolute minimum data required to keep our GPU clusters operational:
- Server Logs: We log IP addresses, browser types, and request timestamps solely for security purposes, rate-limiting, and preventing DDoS attacks on our infrastructure.
- Generative Data: Prompts and generated images are processed transiently in our GPU queues. We do not permanently store or build datasets from your private generations.
2. Third-Party Advertising & Cookies
To keep the compute resources free, The Platform uses third-party ad servers (such as ExoClick) to display advertisements.
Cookie Usage:
Our advertising partners use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect non-personal data (such as your IP address, browser type, and interaction with ads). This allows them to:
- Deliver targeted advertisements based on your browsing history.
- Measure the effectiveness of ad campaigns.
- Prevent fraudulent clicks and malvertising.
3. EU User Consent (GDPR & ePrivacy)
If you are accessing The Platform from the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, you have specific rights under the GDPR and ePrivacy Directive:
- Consent: By clicking "Agree" on our initial entry modal, you consent to the use of cookies and the processing of personal data for ad personalization by our third-party partners.
- Revocation of Consent: You can revoke your consent for personalized advertising at any time by clearing your browser cookies, utilizing your browser's "Do Not Track" settings, or configuring your preferences via the ad provider's privacy portal.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We only share information with third parties when:
- Required by law enforcement or valid legal subpoenas.
- Necessary to protect the security and integrity of our physical server infrastructure.
- Facilitating the delivery of advertisements via our certified Ad Network partners.
