Welcome to Unfiltered Pixels ("The Platform"). By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use The Platform. By using our services, you explicitly represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you are strictly prohibited from using this service.

2. Unmoderated Infrastructure & User Liability

Unfiltered Pixels provides unconstrained, unmoderated graphic processing unit (GPU) compute resources for the generation of synthetic imagery based on user-inputted text prompts.

3. Prohibited Content & Malicious Use

While our generative pipeline is unconstrained, your use of The Platform is subject to international law. You are strictly prohibited from using our compute clusters to generate, promote, or distribute:

Violation of these terms will result in an immediate, permanent IP ban and cooperation with law enforcement where required.

4. Digital Services Act (DSA) & Content Moderation

In compliance with the European Union's Digital Services Act (DSA), Unfiltered Pixels acts as an Intermediary Service Provider. We have mechanisms in place to report illegal content. If you discover content that violates these Terms or international law, please report it immediately to our compliance team at compliance@unfilteredpixels.com.

5. DMCA & Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon by a user utilizing our platform, please submit a formal DMCA takedown notice to legal@unfilteredpixels.com containing:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work.
  2. Identification of the infringing material.
  3. Your contact information (Name, Address, Phone, Email).
  4. A statement of good faith belief that the use is unauthorized.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of The Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
